I have a vlog channel?

Yep. I do. Just in case any of you lovelies were wondering! What? You want to subscribe and watch my vlogs? You are so sweet! Here's a link for you! http://www.youtube.com/user/LahLahVlogs

Hahaha well now that I have made sure you all know about my vlog channel. (Hopefully I wasn't too obvious ;p) Feel free to give me some (hopefully positive) feedback! So far I have only two vlogs up, though I have one rendering now and it should be uploaded soon!! I have a completely rambling vlog, featuring my baby nephew, and a vlog with my boyfriend! Though the one rendering and hopefully uploading soon is my roadtrip I did to Arizona with my younger brother!

Vlogging is really weird. I think I prefer vlogging over doing more formal videos for my beauty channel. http://www.youtube.com/user/LahLahBlush (See what I did there? ;p) Vlogging is definitely a lot more relaxed and fun. I feel as if I can be my regular and goofy self! Where as in a beauty video( I  only have three videos but apparently I'm well experienced in it) I feel as if I have to be more restrained and purely informative. Anyways. Yeah. Vlog channel. Check it out.

First Impression of the Beauty Blender.

Hello everyone! I hope all is well on your side of the computer screen! :}
I uploaded my First Impression video of the Beauty Blender sponge and trust me when I say I am now a convert. This thing is shockingly good and you really wouldn't think a sponge could be that good, but it is!

My oh so cheesy picture with this little miracle item!

Shiseido Sun Protection Liquid Foundation

Now I've really been wanting to try this foundation because the lovely FleurDeForce mentioned it in one of her videos and I love it!!

It's got SPF 42 PA+++ which is perfect for my upcoming Kauai vacation. It doesn't go on thick or cakey in the slightest. I definitely wouldn't say it's full coverage more so along the lines of medium and build able. It has a really lovely natural finish to it so I barely set it with a powder.

It wears all day really well. I don't really need touching up. And on the box it says it's, "Very water-resistant, transfer-resistant, Non-Comedogenic, and Dermatologist-tested."

However the color choices are poor. It has a range of five colors I believe and all are fair to medium. It's priced at $35 in my local Macy's.

MAC Hey Sailor!

Hello everyone! I did a quick video review on MAC Hey Sailor! collection products that I picked up.

Now since I did the video quick and nervously, I'm going to also do a blog post of the products.
 I picked up these four products; eye shadow in the color Jaunty, blush powder in the color Fleet Fast, satin lipstick in the color Red Racer, and bronzing powder in the color Soft Sand.

 I love, love, love the eye shadow. It's the most beautiful, light shimmery, neutral, gold color. I'm already obsessed with it! Eye Shadow: Jaunty

The blush is also extremely lovely. Similar to Orgasm by Nars I think but I do quite like it as well. It's satiny and looks like a beautiful "natural" flush. Powder Blush: Fleet Fast

Now the bronzer. Bronzers and I don't normally like each other since I am quite fair but I do quite like this one. It's light enough that I can pull it off on my skin but I know it would look absolutely beautiful on my medium olive-toned sister and my tanned Mother. Bronzing Powder: Soft Sand

The lipstick is another product I love! It's so beautifully packaged and so silky on the lips. Plus the color..oh my. It's so va va voom red! I feel quite sassy and sexy with this color on. Though I am already a huge red lipstick fan, this is my new favorite. It's almost an orangey red. Similar to Russian Red by MAC in it's vibrancy. Satin Lipstick: Red Racer

I really am enjoying all the products I picked up from the Hey Sailor! collection. The packaging is lovely and the products are all beautiful and classic MAC quality. Definitely worth checking out in my opinion. :}

Easy Nail Art

 This is the first time I have ever actually really attempted to do nail art. Needless to say I was excited and nervous!

All I basically did was apply three coats of Essie nail polish in "Cute as a Button" and let it dry thoroughly.

 Next I whipped up a little concoction of MAC loose pigment in "Copper Gold" with ORLY clear coat on a ziplock bag(clever right?) and mixed it together with a old nail polish brush that I cleaned off with nail polish remover.

 Lastly I attempted to make a cool ombre type design( I tried) with the mixture and then let it dry before applying Essie "Good to go" clear coat.

The pigment/ clear coat mixture actually applied really well. I was surprised by how, well, pigmented it applied. I love the look and it was very easy to do.
